To promote Youth Cricket

The Rocky Hill Cricket Club (RHCC) is a social cricket club with many cricket enthusiasts based out of Rocky Hill, CT. RHCC members play friendly cricket games, cricket tournaments all through the summer and have members participating in competitive cricket in the Southern Connecticut cricket league (SCTCA) & Hartford Cricket League (CCL.) Since Rocky Hill town does not have its own cricket field, our members join other neighboring town teams to play competitive cricket or participate in any tournaments

Over the past few years, our focus has been to promote youth cricket in the region. One of our members, Ganisshan Swarnaa, started a youth coaching clinic at an indoor facility in Cromwell, CT, coaching over 50 kids. In addition, RHCC aspires to introduce cricket to kids in local schools with trained PE instructors around CT.

RHCC has reached out to the town to help Rocky Hill, CT have a cricket field so that all young cricket enthusiasts can enjoy the world’s 2nd most popular sport in our backyards. With a substantial Asian community of over 4000 residents, we hope that Rocky Hilltown will step up and allocate a Cricket field for the town of Rocky Hill.
